Meet "Auntie": Chef Janene Peterson
When people come into my home I want them to enjoy what I have cooked, not apologize for it being gluten free.
With a growing family of my husband and five children, two of which have special dietary needs, I discovered I was gluten intolerant. As my family and I adopted a gluten free lifestyle I noticed that a good, easy to use, all purpose gluten free flour did not exist. With over 20 years of cooking experience, I set out to develop a flour that I could use in my cooking without alterations. Our recipe, which we have perfected over the last decade, substitutes for regular flour cup for cup, and doesn’t compromise taste.
With much encouragement from my family and friends, I have created Auntie's Foods. We hope that our products can bring as much enjoyment to your family as it has ours!
